New for 2007 the Lincoln 2 storey guest house is perfect as a summer lodge, an annex or even a a small home.

It is made from 90mm timber for the walls and has a full room upstairs with balcony.
The windows and doors are double glazed for extra warmth and security.

* Shingles are supplied as optional extras
*If you are going to assemble the cabin by yourself, please keep in mind that you will need extra screws and nails to fix the floor and roof boards and bitumen shingles.

Please note - due to the thickness of the wood (90mm) natural cracks might appear, and this will not be consdidered as a reason for replacement.
