Delivery

Delivery is available to all mainland UK and is included in the price, Scottish Highands may incur a small extra fee for certain items, please contact us first to check.

Delivery of the Finn Life and Plum range is usually within 15 days but can be up to 28 days.

Delivery of The Euro Wood and Kota ranges are usually up to 28 days.

Hot Tubs and accessories. safety equipment, tools and security items are approx 3-7 working days.

Delivery of log cabins is by lorry and requires the assitance of 1-2 people, all delivery is roadside and will only be taken further at the drivers discretion, so offer them a cup of tea.

Delivery companies will contact you direct to arrange a suitable delivery date with you.

If any parts are missing or damaged on delivery please contact us on 01406 363978 or the manufacturers direct. It does happen occasionally as with any product altough some cabin sellers will try and tell you it doesn't. Delivery of any replacement parts will be made ASAP at no extra cost. If any items are missing from your order on delivery please make sure that you note this on the delivery ticket.

Hi-ab delivery is available at an extra cost for most of our cabins, depending on delivery area it is usally between £70-£120.

Delivery of Hot Tubs is road side or as far as the delivery vehicle can get to your base.
